ObusForme Ltd. (“ObusForme”) is a brand leader in the distribution of therapeutic pillows, mattresses, foot insoles, office chairs and comfort support system backpacks.
As a result of a dispute between two investors, and the declining performance of the business, we were retained to find a solution to restructure and/or to sell ObusForme’s business. We worked with stakeholders to have them consensually agree to a sale process, which was ultimately conducted over several months in a receivership proceeding. The business was sold on a going-concern basis. Throughout the sale process, we worked with the secured lender, management, vendors and customers to operate the business without disruption.
