Bio
As a Manager in KSV’s Restructuring practice, Nathan focuses on maximizing recoveries for stakeholders and assisting businesses to address their financial challenges. He brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to each engagement.
Prior to joining KSV, Nathan was a Senior Accountant at BDO Canada LLP, where he led audit engagements from planning through to execution. He collaborated closely with accounting and valuations teams on complex transactions, including business combinations, asset impairments, share redemptions, leases, and unearned revenue.
Nathan’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and technology, automotive and retail companies. His exposure to diverse industries enhances his ability to address the unique pressures faced by distressed companies in various sectors.
Nathan is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.
