As an effective communicator and collaborator, Nathalie is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and supporting them through challenging situations. As a restructuring manager for KSV Advisory, Nathalie works with clients to develop thoughtful solutions in complex restructuring mandates by creating tailored strategies that aim to deliver results.

Prior to joining KSV, Nathalie was a senior consultant in finance and performance consulting at a Big Four accounting firm, where she obtained her CPA designation and strengthened her understanding of business operations and finance strategies. Her breadth of experience across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Pension Funds, Real Estate, Government institutions and Foundations has instilled a unique perspective that she brings to each case, providing clients with detailed and practical recommendations.

Her background at the intersection of consulting and accounting enhances her analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills, allowing her to deliver sound advice and effectively manage files. By leveraging her critical thinking and project management skills, Nathalie meticulously evaluates each situation to devise actionable restructuring plans.

Passionate about travelling, Nathalie loves to visit with her family and close friends, who are spread across the globe. She also enjoys baking, creating delicious treats like her brown butter cookies and cinnamon coffee cake to share with her loved ones.
