Bio
Neil combines critical thinking with a disciplined analytical approach to solving complex financial problems. As a Senior Associate in KSV Advisory’s Corporate Finance, Disputes & Valuation Advisory group, he works with law firms to quantify damages and economic losses in commercial disputes. His work translates qualitative information into quantitative insights that withstand financial and legal scrutiny.
Neil prepares independent expert reports that involve quantifying economic losses, valuing businesses and assets, conducting forensic investigations and performing complex financial analyses for use in litigation, trials and arbitrations. He brings experience developing valuation models, applying accounting and tax standards and leveraging costing methodologies to support defensible conclusions.
Clients value Neil’s precision, clarity and collaborative approach. He engages clients throughout the process, offers informed perspectives and communicates findings in clear, accessible language that enables lawyers, judges and arbitrators to act with confidence.
Before joining KSV, Neil was a Manager in Deloitte LLP’s Disputes and Financial Advisory group, where he prepared expert reports, valuations, and economic loss analyses for complex litigation matters and delivered presentations to law firm associates. He previously held roles with KPMG LLP and the Royal Bank of Canada. Outside of work, Neil enjoys playing tennis and squash, as well as exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
