Nortel Networks Corporation was a multinational telecommunications and data networking equipment manufacturer. It employed over 94,000 individuals worldwide.
We were engaged by the former employees of Nortel as an expert witness on how to allocate approximately $8.5 billion in net realizations among the three major Nortel estates (Canada, US and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia)). Our methodology was used by the Canadian and US Courts. (The UK estate administered the EMEA jurisdictions and attorned to the Canadian and US courts for the purpose of allocating the realization).
