Noah Goldstein is a Managing Director at KSV Advisory Inc. Noah acts as an advisor to debtors and their stakeholders in connection with businesses experiencing financial and operational challenges. Noah has been involved in several high profile restructurings under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act and other Canadian and US restructuring legislation. Noah has played lead roles on several high profile mandates, including the Urbancorp Group of Companies, Sears Canada and Allied Systems Holdings. Noah has been retained on mandates in a variety of industries across North America.
Noah is a Chartered Accountant, Licensed Insolvency Trustee and a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional. Noah received a Masters of Management and Professional Accounting from the Rotman School of Management where he continues to sit on the Executive Committee. Noah also received an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Huron College at The University of Western Ontario.
Noah is a guest lecturer in the bankruptcy law class of Osgoode Hall and Windsor Law School.
