We were retained by a private company in the Cannabis industry to provide valuation assistance in connection with a potential merger transaction. Our mandate was expanded to include a valuation for financial reporting purposes. As part of this mandate, we analyzed the projected revenues and earnings from indoor, greenhouse and outdoor cultivation. We also incorporated data from comparable public companies in our analysis.
