The claimant (a foreign national) was constructing a major resort in a middle eastern country when the government of that country shut the project down in the middle of development. The claimant brought a claim pursuant to the provisions of a BIT between the national’s home country and the Middle East country. We were retained by the Claimant to quantify the financial losses. The matter has been resolved.
