Bio

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Economics, and her Juris Doctor of Law, Elizabeth has a deep understanding of her role as an expert witness and an advisor to the court of law in personal injury matters. 

With over a decade of experience in the field, Elizabeth has worked on over 1,000 personal injury matters, providing a clear and concise quantification of the pecuniary damages in every case. Her expertise in valuations and her comprehensive knowledge of the legal system help her examine a case from all angles to deliver timely and superior service to her clients.

Elizabeth provides her clients with litigation support services in all areas of personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. She is retained by both plaintiffs and defendants to provide expert guidance on the economic issues that underlie the quantification of pecuniary damages. Combining passion with sound reasoning, Elizabeth provides the courts with fair, reasonable and grounded opinions. 

Elizabeth began her career in litigation support services at J.E.P Research Associates Ltd., under the mentorship of its founding partner, Dr. James Pesando. During this time, she honed her ability to distill complicated economic theories into reports that are digestible, manageable and applicable to the nuances of every case. Her dedication to thoughtful and effective communication contributes to her noted success.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the Rotman School of Management prior to beginning her work in valuations and litigation support services. To enhance her skills and knowledge, she returned to the University of Toronto to earn her Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law. While at the University of Toronto, she was ranked #1 by CGPA for both Rotman Commerce and Victoria College, and won several awards, including the Director’s Award for Academic Excellence, the Chancellor Northrop Frye Gold Medal and the Rundle Gold Medal.

Before joining KSV, Elizabeth was a partner and consultant at J.E.P Research Associates Ltd. Her dedication to clients, expertise and hard work makes Elizabeth a skilled consultant on litigation matters.
