Peter Weinstein CPA, CA•IFA, CBV, CFF, MBA leads KSV’s business valuation and litigation support practice, KSV Valuations Inc. Peter has been practicing in the field of business valuation and litigation since 1998. Peter has an MBA from the University of Toronto, as well as his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designations. Peter has also been designated as a specialist in the field of investigative and forensic accounting (IFA) and has his Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Eli Brenner, CPA, CA, CBV is a Senior Manager in our Business Valuation and Corporate Finance practice. Eli has significant experience in valuations of privately held companies. He has also worked on a wide range of corporate finance mandates including due diligence and quality of earnings analyses and merger, acquisition and divestiture engagements.
Yen Dang CPA, CA, CBV, CPA (Delaware) is a manager in our valuations practice. Yen has been practicing in the business valuation and litigation support field since 2009.
